Submission Rights

When you submit text, photos, captions, and related material, you confirm you own the rights (or have permission) and grant Haunted Derbyshire and Matlock Ghost Emporium a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to review, edit, archive, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your submission.

Where Submissions May Be Used

Approved submissions may be used on this website and elsewhere, including but not limited to printed books, ghost-story collections, newsletters, social posts, promotional materials, event content, and future digital/media formats.

Moderation

All submissions and user edit requests are moderated. We may approve, reject, archive, or request clarification at our discretion.

Prohibited Content

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, private/confidential, or infringing content.
